Candy, the current headstrong love of Austin Texas teen Steven Paul, is determined to make a difference when she signs up for a 30-day stint aboard the Greenpeace ship, The Manatee. Her goal is to help bring to the world’s attention the cruel business of shark fin harvesting. Candy promises to call from every port.

A call does come, but not from Candy. A local Austin newswoman, Stacey Keys, brings the devastating news–Candy’s been plucked from the ship by unknown kidnappers leaving Steven Paul no choice. He has to gather his crew to find and rescue Candy based upon the barest of clues. Steven Paul and crew set off in what turns out to be an odyssey rife with peril.

    Texan - Storyteller - Prisoner 1638937

  • A Few Words From
    Steven Paul Wilson

As my bio indicates, I'm currently an inmate in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and have been now for going on a dozen years, albeit I continue to fight for my freedom with hopes of release in the near future.

My thoughts often take me back in time, and this is where I would like to invite my readers to join me. Go back with me to the year 1976, to the big city of Austin, Texas and its wealthy neighborhood, Tarrytown. A time when everything was possible, when my friends and I teemed with optimism, and mortality was not on our radar. I invite you to have some excitement with us, safely, vicariously, and tag along with my friends and I in the Steven Paul series where adventure and peril lurk around every corner.

But, if you prefer modern-day thrillers, you may well enjoy my Eddie Winston and Amy Foster novels, starting with The Girl in the Attic (see Kirkus review) and continuing with Foster Cares. And, of course, more novels will follow. The stories will keep you on the edge of your seat and rooting for the good guys-- and gals!

I hope you read and enjoy, and I look forward to your feedback. I can be reached directly through "snail mail" at:

    Happy reading!

    Sincerely,
